St. Matthew Church – Advent Program

s we prepare our hearts for Advent, our parish is partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol to bring holiday joy to local children.

During the month of November, you will find our Advent Giving Tree located in the church’s vestibule. Please consider taking a tag from the tree, each containing a specific gift item or wish list request from a child at the Club.

Parishioners are asked to return their unwrapped gifts and place them safely under the Christmas tree anytime during the month of November. All donations will be collected and delivered to the Club on December 1st to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas. Thank you for your continued kindness and beautiful generosity toward the youth in our local community!
