Registration for 2025-2026 Religious Education

Instructions for Registration: 

Please allow a moment for the form to load. Language Options: To view the form in a different language, use the dropdown menu in the upper left corner of the screen. 

Steps to Register: 

  1. Fill Out Contact Information: Enter information as requested. 
  1. Select the Number of Students: Using the dropdown menu, choose the number of students you are registering. (Do not include students who have completed 9th grade. Registration is only for students entering Grades 1-9 in Fall 2025.) 
  1. Provide Student Information: 
    – Enter the grade your child will be entering in Fall 2025. 
    – Complete the “Sacramental Information” section accurately, as this information will be used for official records (e.g., First Communion, Confirmation). 
  1. Agree to Terms & Conditions: Check the box and click “Next.”
    – If any required fields are incomplete, a message will prompt you to review the form for errors.  
    – Once successfully submitted, click “OK.” 
  1. Make Payment: Click “Make Payment” on your dashboard and enter your bank or credit card information to complete the registration fee payment. 
  1. Select a Session: Once payment is processed, you will be prompted to choose a session for your child(ren). After making a selection, click “Done.” 
  1. Confirmation: A pop-up message will confirm your student’s enrollment, and you will receive a confirmation email.

2025-2026 Tuition Rates 

One child: $65 
Two children: $130 
Three or more children: $170 
Note: There is no longer a separate tuition cost for the Confirmation program. 

Class Schedule 

Please note the following details for the 2025-2026 schedule: 

  • Classes begin on September 14, 2025, and run through March 29, 2026. 
  • All classes will be held on Sundays at the CCD Center (1043 Stafford Ave., Bristol, CT).
  • Grades 1-5 will meet weekly. 
  • Grades 6-9 will meet biweekly(See calendar below).

  • December 28th
  • January 18th
  • January 25th
  • February 15th
